The price displayed for each package is the final amount you will pay. We do not charge additional processing fees, subscription fees, or hidden charges. All applicable taxes are included in the displayed price.
In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, refunds may be considered only under the following strict conditions:
- Request made within 14 days of purchase
- Virtual currency remains completely unused in your account
- Account has sufficient balance to reverse the transaction entirely
- Account in good standing with no history of violations
- Payment method verified as legitimate and authorized
Before processing any refund request, we will verify:

Refunds are NOT available under any circumstances for:

- Purchases made with stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Accounts with chargeback history or payment disputes
- Suspected refund abuse or manipulation attempts
- Accounts involved in Terms of Service violations
- Account suspensions due to rule violations
- Service interruptions or maintenance periods
- User error or accidental purchases (buyers' remorse)
- Changes to virtual goods or service features
IMPORTANT: By purchasing virtual goods, you acknowledge that:
- Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase
- You expressly request immediate access to virtual goods
- You waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law
- Virtual goods are consumed upon delivery to your account
Filing chargebacks for legitimately received virtual goods is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
- Immediate account termination
- Revocation of all virtual goods
- Permanent service ban
- Reporting to payment processors and authorities
- Legal action to recover damages and fees
We maintain comprehensive transaction records and will contest all illegitimate chargebacks. You acknowledge that disputing legitimate charges may violate payment processor terms and applicable fraud laws.
We reserve the right to:
- Verify payment method ownership before processing refunds
- Request additional documentation or verification
- Delay or deny refunds pending fraud investigation
- Report suspected fraud to relevant authorities
If fraud is detected:
- All virtual goods are immediately revoked
- Account is permanently suspended
- No refunds or compensation provided
- Full cooperation with law enforcement and payment processors
Before initiating any payment dispute, you must:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction
- Provide detailed explanation of the issue
- Allow reasonable time for investigation and resolution
- Exhaust all support channels before external disputes
EU customers may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- Submit a support ticket within 14 days of purchase
- Provide proof of purchase and account verification
- Clearly explain the reason for the refund request
- Allow up to 10 business days for investigation
